Adjustment Method of Kawasaki Hydraulic Pump

Low pressure action is slow :

1. Loosen the large lock nut ①
2. Adjust nut ② inward, 1/4 turn each time, until the operation is normal
3. Tighten the large lock nut ①

High pressure action is slow : 

1. Loosen the small lock nut ③
2. Adjust the square adjusting screw ④ inward, adjust 1/4 turn each time, until the operation is normal.
3. Tighten the small lock nut ③

Hold the excavator at low pressure : 

1. Loosen the large lock nut ①
2. Adjust nut ② outwards, 1/4 turn each time, until the operation is normal
3. Tighten the large lock nut ①

Hold the excavator under high pressure :

1. Loosen the small lock nut ③
2. Adjust the square adjusting screw ④ outward, adjust 1/4 turn each time, until the operation is normal.
3. Tighten the small lock nut ③.
